Anti-Aging Tips
Oprah has been known to have her own anti aging checklist. And they are interesting, not always conventional, but they do check out in some ways. For example, exercise will promote greater blood flow and getting rid of wrinkles or rather preventing them as a whole. Second, they talk about meditation to reduce stress and otherwise. They also talk about sleep and sex.
Sex is a great thing and really gets your body moving and improving in more beneficial ways than you think.
But sleep, when you are getting about 8-9 hours per night, effectively allows your body to regenerate and repair itself.
Finally, she says you need vitamins. Vitamins are essential to your body and skin, and the right multivitamin can make quite the difference. If you have the right multivitamin, it can improve your skin, improve its absorption of certain things, protect it from damage, and otherwise. The best three vitamins for your skin are actually vitamins A, C, and E. However, zinc and other various essential vitamins to the body are also extremely essential and not to mention helpful to the skin. So at least in these, Oprah’s ideas really check out in improving and protecting your skin.
