4.       Tofu-tofu is rich with protein and it is low in calories.  It also has plenty of calcium and iron among other things.

5.       Cabbage-they have an entire diet based around cabbage soup for a reason.  Cabbage is rich in cleansing benefits, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc.

6.       Omega 3-omega 3 is a good fatty acid found mostly in fish.  It basically moisturizes your skin without making it oily and even balances out in general oil production within the skin.
