Firmer and tighter skin is said to appear without the use of parabens, fragrance, or oil. Jouvaderm Eye Recovery claims to stimulate collagen and elastin production for firmness and repair. By using the technology of France’s ingredients for patented wrinkle reduction, Jouvaderm Eye Recovery has attempted to bring such a product to America. Jouvaderm Eye Recovery is specifically designed to treat the eye area, namely crow’s feet and puffiness. But does this French research hold up in America?

Jouvaderm Eye Recovery uses three major ingredients to repair the major problems of the skin around the eyes. Matrixyl contains peptides for the repairing of tissue and boosting of collagen elastin production. This ingredient is said to be the force behind filling in wrinkles and fine lines while thickening, softening, and firming skin.

Haloxyl uses two kinds of peptides and chrysin. Chrysin is said to reduce the blood vessel leaking that occurs beneath the skin that leads to dark circles. Haloxyl is said to also work as an anti-inflammatory. Eyeliss is the final major ingredient and uses three active molecules. Each molecule does a different job, such as reduce the visibility of capillaries, improve lymphatic drainage, and improve the elasticity, inflammation, and firmness of skin.

Jouvaderm Eye Recovery seems too good to be true, and it just may be. Jouvaderm Eye Recovery doesn’t not list all its ingredients, which leads many to believe that a majority of the ingredients included are actually fillers and may have harmful effects. The ingredients in Jouvaderm are questionable and clinically proven amounts of each ingredient is not provided. Whether or not Jouvaderm Eye Recovery works is still debatable.
