What are wrinkles?
Wrinkles are fine lines that are formed from skin aging.
There are many different kinds of wrinkles we can get. One is big wrinkles that are formed by having dried out skin in exposure to cold weather. Some wrinkles are formed because the fiber that forms elasticity is destroyed. This happens when we smile or frown constantly in the same position and the muscles are contracted. When you lose too much weight in short time, the part where you lost weight is crumpled and gets wrinkles. Another source of getting wrinkles is the UV light. UV light promotes the buildup of liver spots and freckles. It also inhibits the collagen to synthesize as well as leads to destruction and reduction of collagen.
How can we prevent pimples?
Always put on the sunscreen before going out. To prevent wrinkles, you need to provide enough nutrition and moisture that are needed for the skin. Also you need to old keratins on a regular basis. Avoid smoking and excessive drinking. Take enough vitamins C and the most important thing is getting enough sleep and keeping regular hours. Adequate exercising and healthy live habits are another good way to prevent wrinkles.
